Audio Teller


Eagle One Federal Credit Union has an audio teller service available to all members. This service can be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The audio teller allows you to access information as well as perform transfers and request checks from your account.

If you would like to set up a PIN for this service stop by one of our offices.

The audio teller can be reached by calling 1 (866) 937-0712. As a member of Eagle One, this service is provided for unlimited use at no charge to you!

E-Statements


Eagle One Federal Credit Union offers E-Statements on a monthly and quarterly basis. Members that have elected to have this service receive a notification via email (usually the 1st business day of the month) when their statement is available for viewing. Electronic statements allow you to view your account history for the previous month or quarter without waiting for them in the mail. In order to sign up for this service, you must first have a login for our online banking service. Once you have logged in to your account through online banking, select ‘Accounts’ followed by ‘Account Statement’. A window will appear, allowing you to request electronic statements. E-Statements are another convenient service the Credit Union offers at no charge.

Online Banking


This service allows members to access their account information online for free! Now you are able to review and print your account history for up to one year as well as transfer funds between accounts. All transactions completed through this secure site will be completed immediately. In addition to reviewing your account and performing transactions on your account, you can also send secure messages to the Credit Union through this site. If you would like to setup this service, please stop by any of our offices.

As part of recent regulation changes, Eagle One FCU’s online banking is even more secure! A dual authentication method will soon be placed on our online banking service. This means that all members will be required to enter more than one piece of information to allow access to their online account. E-Bill Pay*


Electronic Bill Pay (E-Bill Pay) is another service Eagle One Federal Credit Union offers its members for free. E-Bill Pay allows you to set up payments to be drawn from your share draft account periodically or automatic. The secure site gives you several payment options. You are able to pay an item once, set up a scheduled payment for the future, as well as set up recurring payments. All payments withdrawn from your account normally take between 5 to 7 business days to post to a merchant or bill. Sign up for E-Bill Pay today!

VISA Credit Card


Eagle One Federal Credit Union offers online access to its members’ Credit Card accounts. If you would like to view your account online click here. This service allows you to pay your bill online in addition to setting up various alerts via e-mail.
